“There’s a clear shift toward natural aesthetics: earthy tones, authentic textures, and timeless designs.
We’re also seeing growing interest in design-led layouts beyond the traditional plank or herringbone formats. Patterns like panels, basket weaves, and creative parquet styles are becoming more popular as customers want floors that make a statement.
In both glue-down and click markets, design is driving demand, and people are becoming more confident in experimenting with colour and layout.”
“Customer expectations are higher than ever, and that pushes us to constantly evolve. Quality, service, design, and price all have to align perfectly, and that’s where we focus our energy.
On sustainability, we’re working closely with our manufacturing partners to meet high environmental standards and achieve the right certifications. We also believe sustainability includes longevity, so we design floors built to last, backed by lifetime warranties.
Innovation is another key strength. With our own design and cutting facilities, we can react quickly to new trends; developing new products and formats within weeks rather than months. That speed and flexibility allow us to stay ahead of the curve and bring retailers what’s next, not what’s already been done.”
“Absolutely. We’re very proud of our Iconic Collection, which officially launched in January 2026 and has received fantastic feedback from retailers. It’s a range that really pushes the boundaries of authenticity and realism in LVT design.
Alongside that, we’re introducing new Victorian-inspired patterns, classic wood designs, and our exciting new Strata range, an 8mm SPC product that combines strength, performance, and great design.

“It’s extremely important because there’s a huge market in the South, and accessibility should never be a barrier for anyone wanting to attend a national trade show.
Events like The Flooring Show play a vital role in helping retailers, contractors, and designers discover new products and ideas that help them grow their businesses. But for many southern retailers, travel time, cost, and logistics can make attending the Harrogate show challenging.
