Kerlux presents its new collection with the latest trends in wood

Kerlux takes advantage of its presence at The Flooring Show 2025 to present its new SPC collection with the latest trends. The firm will show its new designs, with an expanded range from 11 to 29 colors.

The company will be showing its innovative designs, with an expanded offer with 18 new series, in formats 18.3 x 122 cm, 23 x 152.4 cm and 47.5 x 95 cm, all manufactured in Spain.

The collection started with 11 colors and has been increased to offer a variety of 29 different tones. New products include the Devon series in four colors (Fresno, Haya, Pino y Roble), Dorset in three (Fresno, Gris y Roble), both in 23 x 152.5 cm format; as well as Avon, in three tones (Abeto, Haya y Nogal), Clyde in three varieties also (Haya, Humo y Nogal), Severn with three colors (Fresno, Haya y Roble) and Trent with two options (Abeto y Roble) in 18,3 x 122 cm.

The entire range is the latest trends in interior design, with the many advantages offered by this type of vinyl flooring compared to conventional flooring, such as resistance to water and ultraviolet rays, among many others.

Stone Polymer Composite (SPC) is a new type of vinyl flooring with advanced mechanical properties. It has a much more rigid and resistant core than traditional vinyl flooring, thanks to the fact that its composition contains only 25% PVC and around 75% minerals.

Thanks to the high density of its core, SPC has a higher impact resistance than traditional vinyl flooring, making it the best choice for high traffic areas. And because of its mineral composition, unlike other vinyl flooring, it is a material that can be installed near windows without the risk of it expanding due to temperature changes.

Five layers
It has five layers, three thicknesses of 5 mm (0.3 mm wear layer), 5.5 mm (0.55 mm) and 6.5 mm (0.7 mm). A protective varnish layer, whose purpose is to filter ultraviolet rays and prevent them from deteriorating the product’s design; a wear layer, which protects the design from abrasion due to traffic; the decorative layer, printed using the most advanced printing technology, which contains the graphic finish of the material; a high-density core, which gives the material dimensional stability and rigidity; and the acoustic layer, a damping layer made of IXPE that improves the material’s acoustic absorption by up to 21Db, in addition to the I4F Drop-Lock System for quick and easy installation.
