A Unique Origin Story

The inspiration for MasterPiece came from an unusual place: submarine warfare. Founder Charles Pearson originally worked on a system to help submarine commanders make decisions. He realised the same logic could be applied to flooring estimators – and MasterPiece was born. The vision has since evolved into a well‑guided software system that mirrors the real‑world workflows of UK flooring retailers, from in‑home measuring to in‑store sales.

 

Software That Fits the Way You Work

MasterPiece isn’t a one‑size‑fits‑all solution. Customers can choose the modules they need, whether they run a retail shop, a mobile measuring service, or a contract/new build operation. The system covers both ’in home’ and ’in store’ processes, with a guided approach that estimators actually find intuitive.

 

Two core versions are available:

  • Cloud-based system for retail

  • Windows-based system for commercial/contract specialists
